Feeling the Winter Blues? We have a fun chill event coming up on Friday, January 31st from 7-9pm

Join us and come and receive support from other fabulous women! WE all go through it and get in a funk especially this time of year, and we want you to know YOU are NOT alone!

Join other Woman and get out of the house as Body Nouveaux Spa hosts the FU Winter Blues event!

This event is designed to get you out of the funk the winter blues can put on us!

Join other women in a judgement free zone in your PJs, enjoy snacks and drinks (BYOB) and learn.

Come learn from:
-Dr Meghan Davidson has she talks about Self-Love and Compassion.
-Body Nouveaux Spa’s LMT, Meghann Lawerence and owner of ML Advance teaches you all about self massage techniques
-Tracy Ann shares about oils and how they can help with seasonal blues.

We will also make a meditation bracelet and have some fun giveaways!
Cost is $10 each to save your spot.

A portion of the proceeds will go to support Project 4:7 and their mission of education and support of mental health and suicide.
