Arriving to your appointment
Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early. We value our client’s time and we try our best to stay on schedule when it comes to our appointments. If a client is late for an appointment, we will try our very
best to accommodate them, but please understand that sometimes we may have to reschedule. If you are running late, please give us a call and we can let you know if we will be able to still see you.
24-Hour Cancelation
In consideration of other guests and our therapists, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 24 hours in advance of a single service and 48 hours in advance of multiple services. All services must be reserved with a credit card. We reserve the right to bill half of the amount for missed appointments or for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees.
Children
Bringing children with you to your appointment can be difficult. For waxing appointments only, you could bring a baby if they are comfortable in their car seat or if they are old enough to keep themselves occupied quietly in the treatment room for a
quick appointment. For airbrush tanning, it is best to leave children at home, because they should not be in the room with you, and we cannot leave them unattended in the waiting area. For skin care or massage services, please do not bring your children so that you have an opportunity to relax and enjoy your treatment! Bottom line, we truly want to focus on YOU during your appointment.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. If you no-show for an appointment, a credit card may be required to schedule any future appointments with us. We hate to do this, but no-shows can really hurt us! If something comes up last minute, please give us a call to let us know that you cannot make it, and we will be very understanding.
Walk Ins
We can accept walk-ins for waxing, airbrush tanning, and facials only.However, it is ALWAYS best to make an appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will have any availability. So if you know that you need to come in and see us, please make an appointment so that we can be sure to accommodate you! We can usually accommodate same day appointments, so just give us a call.
Payment
We gladly accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover. Tips are appreciated in cash.
Product Returns
We are happy to return or exchange *unopened* products purchased at Body Nouveaux Spa when a receipt is provided. We do not refund or exchange opened products.
Here at En Route Skin Spa, we understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel/reschedule an appointment.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and service providers is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
