Hello Friends, we are ALL so busy, I get it! As a busy mom of 3, I value my time as well as all my clients! When you miss an appointment, not only do I lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment with me.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to $45. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be CHARGED IN FULL for the scheduled service.
I look at it as… I sell time. Time is not returnable. Think of it as if you buy a TV, and you decide you don’t want it- you can return it and the store can sell it to someone else. If you NO-SHOW to your appointment, you’ve stolen an hour+ from me that I can never get back. I am a seller of my time, and time is nonreturnable, and this is why I have implemented my cancellation policy for this reason. Thank-you for your cooperation, and especially for your business!.
There will not be an option to cancel your appointment online. If you are needing to make any changes to your appointment, you will need to contact me directly!
